🕒 Order Processing We prepare every order within 3 to 5 business days. That window is intentional. Each piece is inspected, wrapped with care, and boxed to arrive exactly the way it was meant to. We don't cut corners to ship faster — we'd rather get it right.

📦 Delivery Timeframes 🇺🇸 United States — Shipped via USPS and FedEx. Estimated arrival: 15 to 20 business days after processing.

🌍 International Orders — Estimated arrival: 15 to 30 business days after processing, with exact timing varying by destination and local carrier networks.

Customs clearance, busy seasons, and weather can occasionally stretch a delivery a little longer. Those moments are outside our hands, but we're grateful for your patience when they happen.

🔎 Tracking Your Order As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and a direct link to follow it every step of the way. You can also check your status anytime on our Track Your Order page.

✏️ Changes & Cancellations Need to adjust something? Get in touch within 24 hours of ordering and we'll do everything we can to help. To cancel — email us with the subject line "Cancel My Order." To update your address — reach out within that same 24-hour window. 🚪 Missed Deliveries Most carriers attempt delivery twice before holding your package at a local hub. To keep things smooth, try to have someone available during your expected window, or add a safe drop-off spot in your delivery notes at checkout.
